July 13 — Concerts in the Park: The Utah Premiere Brass Band will perform at 8 p.m. at the Brigham Young Historic Park, southeast corner of State Street and 2nd Avenue. Free parking (enter at 59 E. North Temple), and free admission.
July 17 — Family History Library class: Mormon Immigration Series. Call 1-800-453-3860 to pre-register. A list of library classes is available at www.familysearch.org under the Library tab and "Education."
July 17 — The Mormon Tabernacle Choir's 75th Anniversary Gala Concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Conference Center. Free tickets required (240-0080).
Through Nov. 28 — Museum of Church History and Art exhibit: "Where Love Is: Art of Faith and Family," celebrating art of Phyllis Luch, including original artwork created for the Friend, the Children's Songbook, the Family Home Evening Resource Book and more. Museum Hours: Mondays-Fridays, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. 45 N. West Temple. Free admission.
