Richard and Kathleen Fetzer
Richard Woolley Fetzer, 67, Valley View 10th Ward, Salt Lake Valley View Stake; called as president of the Frankfurt Germany Temple; succeeding President Armin Ludwig Cziesla; President Fetzer's wife, Kathleen Mugleston Fetzer, will serve as temple matron. A patriarch, President Fetzer is a former temple ordinance worker, counselor in a stake presidency, bishop, high councilor and Sunday School teacher. He is retired. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Percy K. and Thelma Woolley Fetzer.

Sister Fetzer is a former temple ordinance worker and Primary, Relief Society and Young Women teacher. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Louis Wetzel and Maurine Kinghorn Mugleston.
