He is a retired dentist. He was born in Scofield, Utah, to Moyle Thomas and
Evelyn Marie Newren Binns.
Sister Binns is a former assistant to the matron, stake Relief Society
president, seminary teacher and ward and stake Young Women president's
counselor. She was born in Seattle, Wash., to Robert B. and Vera Malan
Leishman.

President Cox is a former mission president, regional welfare agent, stake

retired Lt. Colonel in the USAF. He was born in Pocatello, Idaho, to Jordan
Everett and Lois A. McBroom Cox.
Sister Cox served with her husband when he was a mission president, and
is a former ward Young Women president, stake and ward music chairman, and
with her husband as a full-time missionary. She was born in Preston, Idaho,
