REXBURG, Idaho — Horticulture students at BYU-Idaho began transforming sections of the David O. McKay Library into a winter garden, displaying ferns, Island Pine and other plants on the first floor beginning Jan. 27. "In the cold of winter we need an interaction place with people and plants. When it's cold and nasty we like to have a lush place to restore," said Leslie Twitchell, library displays coordinator. "People are drawn to the greenery of the garden. We put a study table in there and it's usually full," Twitchell said.
