PORT VILA, Vanuatu — Seventy-five water tanks will be shipped to the northern islands of Vanuatu under the Clean Water Vanuatu Project (CWVP), which is funded by LDS Humanitarian Services. According to the Vanuatu Daily Post, 43 water tanks will be delivered to West Ambae, nine to Santo, 15 to Malekula, five to Banks, two to Pentecost and one to Ambrym.

"This project is specifically for needy people and non-members," said project supervisor Steven Boe. "These water tanks are provided to the areas where we have received requests from such as schools, aid posts, health centres and communities."
