Eight new mission presidents, called by the First Presidency, have been
announced. The new leaders and their wives will begin service about July 1.

of the Church News.
Janis and Scott Farrell
Scott Douglas Farrell, 54; Honduras
Tegucigalpa Mission; Anaheim 10th Ward, Anaheim California East Stake;
counselor in the stake presidency; former stake and ward Young Men
president and missionary in the Argentina South Mission. Optometrist. Born
in Ogden, Utah, to Glen Lorenzo and Norma Cross Farrell. Married
Janis Elizabeth Johnson, three children.
A counselor in the stake Young Women presidency, Sister Farrell is a
former counselor in stake and ward Relief Society presidencies and stake

Theodore Marshall Jacobsen, 64;
