April 2-3 — The 175th Annual General Conference of the Church will take place on Saturday and Sunday, with general sessions at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The general sessions will be broadcast locally on KSL and on KBYU. The priesthood session will be held Saturday at 6 p.m.

April 5-6 — "Joseph Smith and the Restoration," a musical drama on the life and mission of the Prophet Joseph Smith, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. in the Assembly Hall. Call 801-240-0080 for free tickets.

April 8 — "Sealing the Testimony," a one-man dramatization depicting Willard Richards' eyewitness account of the Prophet Joseph Smith's life and martyrdom, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. in the Assembly Hall. Free admission.

Through April 17 — Museum of Church History and Art exhibit: "Scenes from the Land of Promise: Book of Mormon Paintings by Walter Rane," featuring 19 paintings that illustrate stories from the Book of Mormon. Museum Hours: Mondays-Fridays, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. 45 N. West Temple. Free admission.
