RENO, Nevada — Haley Anne Harper, 13, of the Mount Rose 6th Ward, Reno Nevada Stake, won the silver medal in the 2005 JO National Trampoline Championship in July in Houston, Texas. It was the first national competition for the young woman, who is the daughter of Richard and Lynda Harper.
