Oct. 7-8 — "Joseph Sonnets," based on the poetry of Sally T. Taylor on the life and ministry of the Prophet Joseph Smith, with music composed by Murray Boren and a 13-piece orchestra conducted by Brandon Matthews. Thursdays — The Mormon Tabernacle Choir rehearses on Thursday evenings in the Conference Center. Doors are open to the public at 7:30 p.m.
Through Jan. 15, 2006 — "Joseph Smith: Prophet of the Restoration," featuring historical documents, works of art, period artifacts and media presentations that show how Joseph was prepared to fulfill his calling as the prophet of the Restoration.
