TOKYO, Japan — Kevin Buetts, 25, of the Portneuf Ward, McCammon Idaho Stake, qualified for Team USA in the heavyweight division of arm wrestling, during the 27th World Arm Wrestling Competition on Nov. 27-Dec. 5. Brother Buetts, who is married with two children, took fifth place overall in his division. In 2003, he won an international competition for novice competitors in Reno, Nev.
