Eight more mission presidents and their wives have been called by the
First Presidency to begin service about July 1, 2006. Assignments will be
announced later. The new leaders are:
Jeanne J. and Joseph S. Cannon
Joseph Samuel Cannon, 61, Blackfoot
7th Ward, Blackfoot Idaho Stake; gospel doctrine teacher; former counselor
in a stake presidency, bishop, high councilor, ward Young Men president and
missionary in the East Central States Mission. Owner/founder of Cannon
Builders Inc. Born in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Alan and Mary Parkinson Cannon.

Jeanne Kay Jones, four children.
A stake Relief Society president, she is a former Sunday School teacher,
ward Relief Society president and ward Young Women president. Secretary.

Elizabeth R. and Steven G. Dyreng
Steven Grant Dyreng, 58, Woods Cross
7th Ward, Wood Cross Utah Stake; former stake president, ward Young Men
president, high councilor, stake mission president, bishop and missionary
in the Southern States Mission. Institute director. Born in Manti, Utah, to
Grant Milton and Ada Victor Bunderson Dyreng. Married
Elizabeth Dorothy Roberts, four children.
A teacher development instructor and institute adviser, she is a former
gospel doctrine teacher, ward Primary pianist, ward and stake Relief
Society president and seminary teacher. Born in Tremonton, Utah, to James
LeRoy and Eileen Dorothy Williams Roberts.

Edward Cloyd England, 63, Afton 1st
Ward, Afton Wyoming Stake; former stake president, counselor in a stake
presidency, bishop, elders quorum president and missionary in the Southern
Australia Mission. Farmer and retired vice president of marketing for
Williams Field Services. Born in Ogden, Utah, to Cloyd LaVell and Zelda

doctrine teacher, ward enrichment leader, counselor in a ward Young Women
