Many attendees were members of various ministries, embassy personnel and people who have cooperated with LDS Charities. Elder C. Lynn Fife, country director of LDS Charities, and his wife, Sister Geniel Fife, organized the event, calling on 25 years experience producing concerts in Vermont at the Joseph Smith Birthplace Memorial.
A highlight of the evening was when Ms. Zekic called up six elders to sing two songs, "A Child's Prayer" and "Silent Night" in Serbian. There were few dry eyes in the audience. After the concert, more than 20 people asked missionaries to tell them more about the Church.
