BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. — More than 1,500 people, including members, neighbors and friends, in the Buffalo Grove Illinois Stake attended a musical commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Joseph Smith. Held on two occasions, Nov. 12 and Jan. 14, the presentation included an 80-voice choir and a 14-piece orchestra featuring organist Brett Zumsteg and pianist Jill Lex. The evening included a multimedia presentation and a portrayal of the life of the Prophet by Brik Eyre.
