Eight more mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency to begin service about July 1, 2006. Assignments will be announced later. The new leaders are:

Tamara L. and Matthew G. Bradley
Matthew Guy Bradley, 49, Sharon Park 5th Ward, Orem Utah Sharon Park Stake; bishop; former counselor in a bishopric, high priests group leader, high councilor, ward Young Men president and missionary in the Ecuador Mission. Marriage and family therapist, United Healthcare Services. Born in Palo Alto, Calif., to Hugh and Arlene Joy Bradley. Married Tamara Lynne Justice, four children.

Sister Bradley is a former ward Primary president and teacher, counselor in ward Relief Society presidencies, stake Young Women camp director and Young Women adviser. Born in Los Angeles, Calif., to Robert Volney and Barbara Anne Brach Justice.

Peggy W. and Jeffrey C. Elmer
Jeffrey Charles Elmer, 51, Spokane 6th Ward, Spokane Washington Stake; counselor in the stake presidency; former bishop, stake mission president and missionary, stake clerk, elders quorum president and missionary in the Argentina Buenos Aires North Mission. Physician, Spokane Respiratory Consultants. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Golden Charles Elmer and Dorothy Jean Peterson Elmer Woolf. Married Margaret Susan Wilder, five children.

A seminary teacher, Sister Elmer is a former stake missionary, counselor in a stake Young Women presidency, counselor in ward Young Women and Primary presidencies, nursery leader, and missionary in the Argentina Buenos Aires North Mission. Born in Palo Alto, Calif., to Arthur Graves and Virginia Sawyer Parker Wilder.

Parker J. and Rebecca D. Fuhriman
Parker John Fuhriman, 65, Oak Hills Ward, Cedar Mill Oregon Stake; former stake president, bishop, high councilor, stake mission president, Sunday School teacher and missionary in the French Polynesian Mission. Retired orthodontist. Born in Glendale, Calif., to David Hyrum and Maurine Parker Fuhriman. Married Rebecca Day, four children.

A member of the ward activities committee, Sister Fuhriman is a former ward Young Women president, counselor in ward Relief Society, Young Women and Primary presidencies, teacher in Relief Society, Primary and Sunday School and stake missionary. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Orson and Annie Rebecca Brown Day.

David W. and Candace M. Gingery
David William Gingery, 57, Union City Ward, Hayward California Stake; former stake president, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, high councilor, ward Young Men president and elders quorum president. Retired captain of inspectors, Alameda County. Born in Oakland, Calif., to Richard Harry and Phoebe Evelyn Macdonald Gingery. Married Candace Renee Mares, five children.

A ward Relief Society secretary, Sister Gingery is a former stake and ward Young Women president, ward Relief Society president, ward missionary and stake Young Women camp director. Born in Riverside, Calif., to Paul and Bette Maxine Storm Mares.

Roger D. and Karen W. Hoggan
Roger D. Hoggan, 66, Rexburg 12th Ward, Rexburg Idaho Center Stake; former patriarch, stake president, counselor in a stake presidency, bishop and missionary in the Brazilian South Mission. Professor at BYU-Idaho. Born in Ogden, Utah, to Arvard Robert and Vera May Scadden Hoggan. Married Karen White, two children.

Sister Hoggan is a former counselor in a stake Primary presidency, ward Young Women and Primary president and counselor in a ward Relief Society presidency. Born in Ogden, Utah, to Thomas Frank and Maxine Mercer White.

Lynn J. and Ardith N. Poulsen
Lynn James Poulsen, 61, Lundstrom Park 2nd Ward, Logan Utah East Stake; former counselor in a stake presidency, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, missionary in the Europe Central Area and missionary in the Norwegian Mission. Retired associate vice president at Utah State University. Born in Logan, Utah, to Rex E. and Frances Whinham Poulsen. Married Ardith Nielson, seven children.

Sister Poulsen is a former missionary in the Europe Central Area, ward Relief Society secretary and teacher, and Young Women adviser. Born in Moab, Utah, to Clyde and Bernice Bailey Nielson.

Cintia N. and Getulio W. J. Silva
Getulio Walter Jagher Silva, 49, Curitiba 5th Ward, Curitiba Brazil Boqueirao Stake; stake president; former counselor in a stake presidency, bishop and missionary in the Brazil Sao Paulo North Mission. Institute director. Born in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, to Getulio Walter Cordeiro e and Maria Emilia Jagher Silva. Married Cintia Fatima Nadolny, five children.

A counselor in the ward Young Women presidency, Sister Silva is a former ward Relief Society president, counselor in a ward Relief Society and stake Young Women president. Born in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, to Victorio and Carmen Barbosa Nadolny.

Jenny C. and Richard W. Thomas
Richard William Thomas, 57, Kalamazoo 2nd Ward, Kalamazoo Michigan Stake; missionary in the Chile Santiago East Mission; former counselor in stake presidencies, bishop, seminary and institute teacher and missionary in the Andes Mission. Retired clinical scientist, Pfizer Inc. Born in Boise, Idaho, to Cecil Albert and Margie Louise Thomas. Married Jenny Ann Callister, eight children.

A missionary in the Chile Santiago East Mission, Sister Thomas is a former ward Relief Society president, counselor in a stake Primary presidency, counselor in a ward Young Women presidency and seminary teacher. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Marion Jones and Nina Lynn Hayes Callister.

Incorrect information was provided announcing the calling as mission president of Gary L. Marshall and his wife, Ramona Dee Batt Marshall, in the Jan. 14 issue. Below is corrected information.

Professor of History at Brigham Young University-Idaho. Born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Dean Y. and Ceola Purcell Marshall. Married Ramona Dee Batt, seven children.

A Cub Scout committee chairman, Sister Marshall is a former counselor in a stake Primary presidency, ward Primary president, counselor in ward Primary and Relief Society presidencies, ward Primary chorister, and Young Women adviser. Born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Melvin Lee and Nora Maud Martin Batt.
