March 21 - 23 Young Women, Young Men, Primary and Relief Socity Open Houses. In conjunction with general conference, a series of workshops and displays for Church auxiliaries are held in the Relief Society Building, Joseph Smith Memorial Building, and the Assembly Hall at Temple Square (www.lds.org/calendar).
March 22 The Utah Federation of Music Clubs will hold an honors piano recital featuring piano students between the ages of 13 and 18 who won Gold Cup awards at the 2006 Salt Lake Junior Piano Festival in the Assembly Hall at 7:30 p.m. Free admission (801-240-3323).
March 24 The University of Utah Harp Ensemble, under the direction of ShruDeLi Ownbey, will present a concert featuring twelve harpists in the Assembly Hall at 7:30 p.m. The program will include music composed by Milhaud, Debussy, de Falla, Handel, Rutter, Respighi, and others. March 25 The General Young Women Meeting will be held in the Conference Center at 6 p.m. Messages will be given by a member of the First Presidency and by each member of the Young Women general presidency. Tickets are no longer available. Standby seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The standby line is formed at the north gate of Temple Square (801-240-0080 or www.lds.org/events).
