Family: Born Dec. 11, 1945, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Raymond Ernest and Gladys Lydia Larsen Clarke. Married Mary Anne Jackson on June 5, 1970, in the Idaho Falls Temple; six children: Janette (Shane) Belnap; Ben (Danielle); Todd (Jennifer); Christine (Alan) Curtis; Deborah (Brandon) Rowley; and Nathan (Carla).

Education: Associate's degree from Ricks College and bachelor's degree in business from BYU, 1970. Master's degree in business administration from Washington State University.

Employment: Senior executive positions and CEO in several major companies; teacher and administrator; basketball coach; volunteer at Southern Virginia University.

Church Service: President of the Bolivia Santa Cruz Mission, 2001-04; stake president; assistant director of Church Hosting; high councilor; bishop, stake Young Men president, elders quorum president and full-time missionary in the Argentina South Mission, 1965-67.
