The public is invited to tour the newly renovated Papeete Tahiti Temple when the open house begins Saturday, Oct. 14. The open house will continue with daily tours through Nov. 4, excluding Sundays.

Free tickets for the open house are available online at: www.lds.org/reservations or by phone (800) 537-6181 Monday through Friday MDT. Tickets are strongly recommended.

The temple will be formally dedicated Sunday, Nov. 12, during two sessions. A cultural celebration and member meeting will be held the day prior, on Nov. 11.

The Papeete Tahiti Temple was originally dedicated Oct. 27, 1983, by President Gordon B. Hinckley, the 25th temple in operation in the Church at the time.
