The Richmond Texas Stake, which includes the Braeburn 2nd (Vietnamese) and Brazos (Spanish) branches and the Alief, Memorial, Mission Bend, Richmond and Rosenberg wards, has been created by Elder W. Rolfe Kerr of the Seventy.
