New stake presidents

Three new stakes have been created.

Gastonia North Carolina Stake, which includes the Gastonia, Lake Norman, Mountain Island, Rock Hill, Shelby and York wards, has been created by Elder H. Bryan Richards of the Seventy.

Santiago Dominican Republic East Stake, which includes the Hato Mayor, Jardines, Licey, Moca, Villa Olga, La Espanola and Tamboril wards, has been created by Elder Lynn A. Mickelsen of the Seventy.

Springdale Arkansas Stake, which includes the Huntsville Branch and the Fayetteville 1st, Fayetteville 2nd, Springdale, Tahlequah, Fayetteville University (Student), and Siloam Springs wards, has been created by Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve.
