Oct. 14 — "God Hears Me When I Pray," 120-voice Sterling Singers, conducted by Kelly DeHaan, will sing a program of arrangements and new works by LDS composers in the Assembly Hall at 7:30 p.m. Free Admission (801)240-3323.

Oct. 20 — The Orchestra and Chorus of Sandy City, conducted by Joel Rosemberg with chorus master Pamela Dale, will perform in the Assembly Hall at 7:30 p.m.. Free admission (801)240-3323.

Oct. 21 — Tesoros de las Americas, a Latino cultural event, including inspirational music, dance and narration, with a religious message by a General Authority of the Church, will be presented in the Conference Center auditorium at 7:30 p.m. From 6 to 7 p.m., talented artists and performers representing different Latin American countries will present traditional music, songs and dances in the Conference Center lobbies. Free tickets are depleted. Those without tickets are encouraged to wait in the standby line which will be formed at the north gate of Temple Square (www.ldschurch.org/events).

Ongoing — Garden Tours at Temple Square. Meet at the south doors of the Church Office Building for a tour of the gardens around the Beehive House, Joseph Smith Memorial Building and Church Office Building Plaza, or at the Conference Center, Door 15, for Conference Center Rooftop Garden tours, Monday through Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Also, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for Church Office Building Plaza gardens tour only.
