Pamela and Robert Watkins
Robert Jacobs Watkins, 58, Mexico Guadalajara Mission; Sabre Springs Ward, Poway California Stake; executive secretary in the South America South Area presidency, counselor in a stake presidency, bishop and missionary in the Andes South Mission. Retired special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Born in Modesto, Calif., to Charles Barlow and Deseretta Jacobs Watkins. Married Pamela Smith, four children.

Sister Watkins served with her husband in the South America South Area, and is a former stake Young Women camp director, ward Young Women president, and ward Primary president. Born in Modesto, Calif., to Edmund Leaver and Ruby Zesta Smith.
