WEST CHESTER, Ohio — Sarah Spencer, a convert to the Church of a year and a junior at Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa, placed third in the NCAA Division III cross country championships on Nov. 18. Grinnell College, in its first trip to the national meet, hosted by Wilmington College, placed seventh with 237 points.
