Oscar Wilfredo Chavez, 50, Chile Concepcion Mission; Las Vinas Ward, Santiago Chile La Reina Stake; Area Seventy and second counselor in the Area Presidency; former stake president and counselor, bishop, high councilor and missionary in the Chile Concepcion Mission.
