Spencer (Tim) G. Blackburn, 59, California Los Angeles Mission; Crofton Ward, Suitland Maryland Stake; counselor in the Washington D.C. North Mission presidency; former stake president and counselor, sealer, high councilor and missionary in the Uruguay-Paraguay Mission. Chief learning officer, U.S. Department of Agriculture. Born in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Claudius Elvin and Bessie Ivene Goodman Blackburn. Married Jan Cowie, four children.

A temple ordinance worker, Sister Blackburn is a former stake and ward Young Women president, ward Relief Society president, seminary teacher and stake seminary coordinator. Born in Pocatello, Idaho, to Ian Alexander and Lois Young Cowie.

David LeRoy Corey, 58, Indiana Indianapolis Mission; Delta 3rd Ward, Delta Utah Stake; ward Sunday school teacher; former stake president, bishop, high councilor, Scoutmaster, stake Sunday school president and missionary in the England South Mission. Retired superintendent of schools, Millard School District. Born in Las Vegas, Nev., to John Erastus and Ada Lafay Works Corey. Married Karrol Lyman, nine children.

A Primary activity day leader, Sister Corey is a former ward Primary president and teacher, ward Relief Society president, counselor and teacher, ward Young Women adviser and stake music director. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Frank Anderson and Virginia Porter Lyman.

Charles Louis (Chuck) Cutler, 42, Texas San Antonio Mission; Draper 10th Ward, Sandy Utah Hidden Valley Stake; counselor in the stake presidency; former bishop and counselor, ward Young Men president, high councilor, ward clerk and missionary in the Ecuador Quito Mission. Michael Ralph Jensen, 58, New Hampshire Manchester Mission; Price 5th Ward, Price Utah Stake; counselor in the Utah Provo Mission presidency; former stake president and counselor, bishop and missionary in the Central German Mission.
