REXBURG, Idaho Estella Wilkes, wife of former interim BYU-Idaho President Robert M. Wilkes, was named BYU-Idaho's 2007 Exemplary Woman on March 3 during Mother's Weekend festivities at the Church-owned university in southeastern Idaho. Sister Wilkes received the 2007 Exemplary Woman Award from current President Kim B. Clark during a Mother/Daughter Banquet on campus.
Sister Wilkes served as First Lady of BYU-Idaho in 2004-2005. After President Clark was inaugurated, Brother and Sister Wilkes began serving as president and matron of the Billings Montana Temple.
