MONTROSE, Colo. Aaron Tobler, a priest in the Montrose Colorado Stake, took fourth place among more than 5,000 competitors in a recent national snowboarding competition in California. He qualified for the national meet after winning in the western states regional following a Colorado state championship in February. None of the events was on Sunday, which was fortunate for Aaron because he will not compete on the Sabbath. He attends early morning seminary and anticipates, after graduating from Montrose High School, attending BYU for a while before serving a mission.
