Seven mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency to begin their service about July 1.

Elizabeth and Paul M. Belnap
Paul Manning Belnap, 54, Washington Kennewick Mission; Sunset Ward, Kaysville Utah West Stake; gospel doctrine teacher; former counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, ward Young Men president, counselor in a stake mission presidency and missionary in the England Southwest Mission. Attorney and partner, Strong and Hanni. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Wilford Dean and Mary Elen Bennett Belnap. Married Elizabeth Ann Moss, six children.

A counselor in a ward Relief Society presidency, Sister Belnap is a former counselor in a stake Relief Society presidency, ward Primary president and counselor and ward Young Women president and counselor. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Stephen Lawrence and Merle Jennie Lindsay Moss.

Gordon W. and Janice Creer
Gordon Walter Creer, 65, Ireland Dublin Mission; Edgemont 11th Ward, Provo Utah Edgemont South Stake; high priests group leader and volunteer director of operations for the Perpetual Education Fund; former district president, high councilor, bishop, stake and ward Young Men president and missionary in the Bavarian Mission. Retired executive vice president and chief financial officer, Detroit Federal Bank. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Norman Banks and Iris Robinson Creer. Married Janice Heywood, three children.

A counselor in the ward Relief Society presidency, Sister Creer is a former stake and ward Relief Society and Primary president, stake and ward Young Women camp director and ward Young Women president. Born in Henderson, Nev., to Neil and Carmonetta Hinton Heywood.

Gabriela Aurora and Edgar Flores
Edgar Flores, 46, Mexico Chihuahua Mission; Granjas del Sur Ward, Puebla Mexico Mayorazgo Stake; stake president; former counselor in a stake presidency, bishop, high councilor, ward Young Men president and missionary in the Mexico Torreon Mission. Regional manager for the Church Employment Service office. Born in Puebla, Mexico, to Justo Guillermo Flores Ledo and Delfina Prieto Gomez Flores. Married Gabriela Aurora Torrentera Romero, four children.

A visiting teaching supervisor and ward music director, Sister Flores is a former counselor in a Primary presidency, ward Relief Society president and ward Young Women president and counselor. Born in Puebla, Mexico, to Fernando Victoriano Torrentera Herrera and Aurora Romero Jaramillo Torrentera.

Silvia and Dietmar G. Matern
Dietmar Gerald Matern, 67, Switzerland Zurich Mission; Delingsdorf Ward, Neumunster Germany Stake; stake Young Men president; former stake president, bishop, counselor in the Frankfurt Germany Temple presidency, institute teacher and missionary in the North German Mission. Retired from Heinrich Bauer Verlag. Born in Koenigsberg, East Prussia, to Alfred Kurt and Elsa Margarete Knauer Matern. Married Silvia Anna Magdalena Berndt, five children.

A counselor in the ward Relief Society presidency, Sister Matern is a former assistant to the matron in the Frankfurt Germany Temple, ward Relief Society president, counselor in a ward Primary presidency and Sunday School teacher. Born in Stettin, Poland, to Erich Hermann Wilhelm and Ericka Edith Gerda Boldt Berndt.

Julita and Remegio E. Meim
Remegio Evangelista Meim Jr., 40, Philippines Cagayan de Oro Mission; Bayan 2nd Ward, Dasmarinas Philippines Stake; stake president; former district president, elders quorum president, high councilor, stake Young Men president and missionary in the Philippines Bacolod Mission. National marketing manager, International Marketing Group. Born in Kabacan, Cotabato, Philippines, to Remegio Elevazo and Marie Aquino Evangelista Meim. Married Julita Basug Dela Cruz.

A ward Sunday School teacher and pianist, Sister Meim is a former ward family history consultant, counselor in a ward Young Women presidency and missionary in the Philippines Davao Mission. Born in Tuec, Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines, to Anacleto Gavino and Eufresina Rosete Basug Dela Cruz.

Edwin A. and Dawna Sexton
Edwin Allen Sexton, 47, California Long Beach Mission; Crest Haven Ward, Rexburg Idaho East Stake; ward mission leader; former stake president, bishop, high councilor, stake mission president, stake executive secretary and missionary in the El Salvador San Salvador Mission. Professor of economics, Brigham Young University-Idaho. Born in Downey, Calif., to Michael Foster and Mary Lou Williams Sexton. Married Dawna Loanne Williams, six children.

A ward Relief Society secretary, Sister Sexton is a former ward Primary teacher, Cub Scout leader, stake family history consultant, stake public affairs media relations specialist and missionary in the Spain Barcelona Mission. Born in Susanville, Calif., to Leslie Warren and Arlene Nelson Williams.

Vaguiner C. and Sandra R. B. Tobias
Vaguiner Cruciol Tobias, 40, Brazil Goiania Mission; Feira de Santana 2nd Ward, Feira de Santana Brazil Stake; former stake president, counselor in a branch presidency, high councilor, stake mission president, stake Sunday School president and missionary in the Brazil Brasilia Mission. Coordinator, Church Educational System. Born in Coxim, Brazil, to Josephino Tobias and Dalila Cruciol. Married Sandra Regina Balint, three children.
