Family: Born Oct. 31, 1942, in Tilapan, Veracruz, Mexico, to Octaviano and Flora Dominguez Tenorio. Married Rosa Elva Valenzuela on Dec. 28, 1973, in Chihuahua, Mexico. Sealed a week later in the Mesa Arizona Temple; five children: Rosa Martha (deceased), Jorge Alberto, Susana Haydee (Illescas), Alfonso (deceased), Luis Raul. Four grandchildren.
Employment: Mexico City Mexico Temple Recorder, former area welfare services manager for Church, various other Church and commercial positions.
Education: Certificate in finance.
Church Service: Area Seventy, counselor in Mexico South Area, Area Authority, Regional Representative, mission president, stake president, branch president.
