Family: Born Oct. 11, 1944, in San Salvador, El Salvador, to Carlos Florentino and Hilda Alvarenga Henriquez. Married Jeffry Alma Allred on Sept. 7, 1966, in the Salt Lake Temple. Eight children: Albert, Norma, Margie, Eric, Rebecca, Karla, Tiffanie, and Kimberly; 14 grandchildren.

Education: Received teaching certificate in El Salvador; attended BYU and University of Arizona.

Church Service: Served with her husband when he was president of the Dominican Republic Missionary Training Center and president of the Paraguay Asuncion Mission, former public affairs missionary in the Spain Madrid Mission, member of the Young Women general board, stake Relief Society president, stake Primary president, and missionary in the Central American Mission.

Community Service: PTA president in Argentina; Girl Scout leader/coordinator/trainer in Paraguay, Argentina and Chile.
