President Gordon B. Hinckley received many birthday cards and good wishes acknowledging his 97th birthday on June 23.
Because of the great volume of cards, letters and other greetings, he is not able to respond personally to each greeting.
However, he extends his thanks, love and appreciation to each of those who sent such messages, as well as his appreciation to the members for the faith and prayers expressed in his behalf.
