- Monte Carlson , 64, president of the Taiwan Taichung Mission from 1983-1986, died June 3, 2007, in Burley, Idaho. Brother Carlson, who also served on the Twin Falls Idaho Temple committee, was a Cassia County Fifth District judge and presided over the Fifth District Drug Court.
- John K. Fetzer , 92, president of the Southern German Mission from 1964-1967, died July 20, 2007, in Salt Lake City. Brother Fetzer also served as a former counselor in the Frankfurt Germany Temple presidency.
- Ada Jones , 94, a member of the Relief Society general board from 1969-1972, died April 6, 2007, in Chandler, Ariz.
- Eldon Hardy Puckett , 80, former president of the Missionary Training Center in Western Samoa, died July 17, 2007, in Provo, Utah. Brother Puckett was also a former member of the Sunday School general board.
