President Bentley's wife, Wendy Josinette Whiting Bentley, will serve as temple matron. He is a temple ordinance worker; former Mexico Missionary Training Center president, Argentina Buenos Aires North Mission president, stake mission president, and high councilor. Peter Bowen, 62, Centurion 1st Ward, Pretoria South Africa Stake; Johannesburg South Africa Temple, succeeding President Louis Groenewald. President Bowen's wife, Jennifer Bowes-Taylor Bowen, will serve as temple matron. Counselor in the Johannesburg South Africa Temple presidency; former temple ordinance worker, bishop and high councilor. Born in Pietermaritzburg, Natal, South Africa, to Robert Alleyn and Ethel Elizabeth Jane Phillips Bowen.

Ronald Dee Jamison, 76, Highland 27th Ward, Highland Utah West Stake; Panama City Panama Temple (under construction). President Jamison's wife, Mary Ann Wood Jamison, will serve as temple matron. He is executive secretary for the Europe West Area; former Dominican Republic Santo Domingo West Mission president, temple ordinance worker and bishop. Retired professor of mathematics at Brigham Young University. Born in Venice, Calif., to Clarence Edward and Kate Shaw Jamison.

Sister Jamison, senior couple missionary in the Europe West Area, is a former member of the Primary General Board, stake Relief Society president and counselor, counselor in a ward Relief Society and Young Women presidency. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Merrill Edward and Edna May Hepworth Wood.

Thomas Edgar Lyon Jr., 68, Edgemont 12th Ward, Provo Utah Edgemont South Stake; Santiago Chile Temple, succeeding President Julio Humberto Jaramillo Bichet. President Lyon's wife, Cheryl Elma Larsen Lyon, will serve as temple matron. Lloyd V Owen, 74, North Canyon 3rd Ward, Bountiful Utah North Canyon Stake; Anchorage Alaska Temple, succeeding President Gary Everett Cox. President Owen's wife, Peggy Eathel Tuel Owen, will serve as temple matron. Temple ordinance worker and gospel doctrine teacher; former president of the Provo MTC and Utah Salt Lake City North Mission, stake president and bishop.
