Richard Allen Baldwin Jr., 60, Pleasant 3rd Ward, Chandler Arizona West Stake; former stake president, high councilor, bishop and counselor, ward mission leader, elders quorum president and missionary in the Argentina North Mission. Chief Operating Officer, Mobile Medical International Corp. Born in San Antonio, Texas, to Richard Allen and Doris Virginia Howard Baldwin. Married Cheryl Sue Adamson, three children.

A gospel doctrine teacher, Sister Baldwin is a former counselor in a stake Young Women presidency, ward Young Women president, stake public affairs director, seminary teacher and ward Relief Society teacher. Born in Champaign, Ill., to Kenneth Paul and Lillian Darlene Ercanbrack Adamson.

Douglas Leon Dance, 50, Midway 5th Ward, Midway Utah Stake; former counselor in the Minnesota Minneapolis Mission presidency, high councilor, stake mission president and missionary, bishop and missionary in the Japan Sapporo Mission. Principal, Wasatch Mountain Development. Born in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Leon Doyle and Barbara Jean Cole Dance. Married Nancy Kieko Pilkington, three children.

A ward Relief Society teacher, Sister Dance is a former ward Relief Society president, counselor in ward Primary and Young Women presidencies, seminary and institute teacher and gospel doctrine teacher. Born in Tokyo, Japan, to Walter Farrell and Joan Berntson Pilkington.

Gary Gail Ely, 60, Saltese Ward, Spokane Washington Valley Stake; stake president; former counselor in a stake presidency, bishop and counselor, high councilor and ward mission leader. Mark James Howard, 65, Cimarron Ward, Las Vegas Nevada Redrock Stake; temple ordinance worker and high councilor; former stake president, bishop, ward mission leader, ward Young Men president and missionary in the Southern Far East Mission.
