April 12 Family History Library, located to the west of Temple Square, will offer free classes on England and Wales research, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. To view class schedules online, go to www.familysearch.org.
March 29 The General Young Women Meeting will be held in the Conference Center on at 6 p.m. Speakers will include President Henry B. Eyring, first counselor in the First Presidency, and the members of the Young Women general presidency. For information, visit www.lds.org/calendar.
March 30 The Music and the Spoken Word broadcast in the Salt Lake Tabernacle will feature the Mormon Tabernacle Choir with guests Sea Chanters Chorus, United States Navy. Guests should be in their seats no later than 9:15 a.m. Children under 8 are not permitted during the broadcast.
April 1-April 4 Stake Auxiliary Leadership Training: in connection with the April 2008 general conference, the general auxiliary organizations of the Church will hold training workshops for stake auxiliary leaders. This training replaces the open houses of previous years (www.lds.org/calendar).
