Family: Born May 11, 1956, in Minas, Uruguay, to Juan and Elsa Inzaurralde Gavarret. Married Norma Gorgoroso Oct. 20, 1978. Later sealed in the Sao Paulo Temple. Parents of two sons and one daughter: Yuri (Marina), Ivan, Nadia (Rene Nunez); three grandchildren.
Education: Undergraduate and master's degrees in business administration.
Employment: Pharmaceutical sales and management in several South American countries.
Church service: President of the Paraguay Asuncion Mission, 2003-2006, Area Authority Seventy, Regional Representative, stake president, bishop, and missionary in the Uruguay-Paraguay Mission.
