Velma Harvey, 80, a member of the Young Women general board from 1955-1961, and secretary to Elder Bruce R. McConkie, died July 15, 2008, in Delta, Utah.
Annette Parkinson Nibley Richards, who served as matron when her husband, Lynn Stephen Richards Jr, presided over the Bountiful Utah Temple from 2003-2006, died July 18, 2008, in Salt Lake City. She served with her husband also when he presided over the Philippines Manila Mission from 1992-1995, and the Philippines Missionary Training Center from 1998-2000.
