Aug. 26 — Salt City Brass, a Dixieland, jazz and classical music brass quintet, will play at 7:30 p.m., Brigham Young Historic Park, southeast corner of State St. and 2nd Ave. All ages are welcome. Bring own chairs or blankets as a limited number of chairs are available.

Aug. 27 — Garden Talks in the Park, features Jerry Goodspeed discussing fruits and melons that work best in the garden, 7:30 p.m., Brigham Young Historic Park, State St. and 2nd Ave. (Garden tours are available Monday-Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and at 7 p.m. Wednesday evenings. Meet at the south doors of the Church Office building on 50 E. North Temple. Call 240-5916 for private tour information.)

Aug. 29 — Voice Male, a six-man contemporary a cappella group, will perform at the Brigham Young Historic Park, State St. and 2nd Ave., starting at 7:30 p.m.
