The Church News article stated: "With a sigh of regret, Mormon Tabernacle Choir members left Canada June 26, 1984, leaving behind beautiful Ontario but carrying memories of three days packed with artistic and popular success in this hospitable province."
Besides the first concert in Toronto, the choir's Music and the Spoken Word broadcast originated the next morning from Toronto's Roy Thomson Hall, followed by a formal concert that afternoon. The final Canadian concert was in Ottawa on Monday. The article said the choir received critical acclaim following its Canadian concerts.
From Canada, the tour continued in Detroit, Chicago, Kansas City and Denver.
