Joseph Merrill Bushnell, 89, who presided over the Texas Dallas Mission from 1985-87, died Sept. 18, 2009, in Provo, Utah.
Russell B. Clark, 108, who served as doctor at the Church College of Hawaii (later named BYU-Hawaii), was known for his education and assistance of the elderly through the Russell B. Clark Gerontology Conference at BYU and was honored as America's Olderst Worker by the U.S. Department of Labor in October 2003, died Sept. 10, 2009, in Payson, Utah.
