NOV. 17 — BYU Winterfest 2010 tickets will be available starting at 10 a.m. at lds.org/events or by calling 801-570-0080. Held in the Conference Center Theater Feb. 5-27, Winterfest features choreography of dance companies and the harmonies of the Brigham Young University musical performers, including Living Legends, Vocal Point, Synthesis, Ballroom Dance Company, Theatre Ballet and Choral Showcase.

NOV. 20-21 — The O. C. Tanner Gift of Music Concert will be held in the Tabernacle at 7:30 p.m. It will feature Keith Lockhart conducting the Utah Symphony and Mormon Tabernacle Choir in Mahler's Symphony No. 2 in C Minor, also known as the Resurrection. NOV. 21 — The Family History Library is offering free classes on Denmark research and on FamilySearch indexing. For more information, please visit familysearch.org or call 801-240-4950.

SUNDAYS — "Music and the Spoken Word" is held Sunday mornings in the Tabernacle on Temple Square and features the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 9:15 a.m. for the 30-minute broadcast.

DAILY — "Joseph Smith: The Prophet of the Restoration," a film about the life and legacy of Joseph Smith, is available Mondays through Saturdays at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building in the Legacy Theater and in the North Visitors Center on Sundays. The film runs every 90 minutes starting at 9 a.m., with the last showing beginning at 9 p.m. For more information, call 801-240-1245.

DAILY — The organ staff and guest organists perform 30-minute recitals in the Tabernacle from noon to 12:30 p.m. and 2 to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Sunday recitals will be performed from 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Enter the Tabernacle at door 11.
