Carl J. and Alta Rose Mumford Lloyd were married 70 years ago on Sept. 27, 1940, in Ovid, Idaho, and were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. They are members of the Burley 5th Ward, Burley Idaho West Stake. Parents of six children, they have 24 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
Willard Edwin and Verda Stoker Nelson were married 70 years ago on Oct. 3, 1940, in Roy, Utah, and were later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. They are members of the Foothill 3rd Ward, Salt Lake Foothill Stake. Parents of seven children, they have 30 grandchildren and 63 great-grandchildren.
Dwain Alexander and Bernice Barrow Kinghorn were married 70 years ago on Oct. 5, 1940, in Rigby, Idaho, and were later sealed in the Idaho Falls Idaho Temple. They are members of the Chubbuck 8th Ward, Chubbuck Idaho Stake. They have six children, 26 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
