Linda K. Burton, 58, Meadows Ward, Murray Utah South Stake, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Morris Ashton and Marjorie Castleon Kjar; married Craig Palmer Burton, six children; studied elementary education at the University of Utah; served as ward Primary president, Primary General Board, seminary teacher and served with her husband when he presided over the Korea Seoul West Mission.
Sandra Rogers, 58, Cherry Ridge Ward, Salem Utah Stake, born in Holbrook, Ariz., and raised in Joseph City, Ariz. to Orson W. and Elaine Turley Rogers; graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing and completed graduate degrees from the University of Arizona and the University of California, San Francisco; International Vice President at Brigham Young University and former dean of the BYU College of Nursing; former Sunday School teacher, ward Relief Society president, ward organist, and full-time missionary in Manchester, Connecticut, and in the Philippines.
Rebecca L. Thompson, 58, East Mill Creek 4th Ward, Salt Lake East Mill Creek Stake, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to John and Marian Richards Landward; married Wesley B. Thompson, four children; received a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah with a teaching certificate in English; former Relief Society president, Young Women president and as a stake Primary counselor, and served with her husband when he presided over the Germany Hamburg Mission.
