Elder Adney Y. Komatsu, who served in the First Quorum of the Seventy from 1975 through 1992, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii, Wednesday, Feb. 23, at age 87.

He served as president of the Tokyo Temple from 1982 to 1985 and, prior to his call as a General Authority, as president of the Northern Far East Mission.

His funeral will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 5, in the Honolulu Tabernacle, 1560 South Beretania St. in Honolulu. A public viewing will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the tabernacle prior to the services that day.

Elder Komatsu is survived by his wife, Judy Komatsu, and their four children.
