Carlos J. Garcia, 74, who served as an Area Seventy from 2001-07, died Feb. 26 in Chino, Calif.
J. Elliot Cameron, 88, who served as president of Snow College from 1956-58, as president of BYU-Hawaii from 1980-86, as commissioner of education for the Church from 1986-89, as president of the Provo Utah Temple from 1989-92, as a member of the General Sunday School Board and as a regional representative, died Feb. 27 in Provo, Utah.
