Seven new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin service about July 1.
Donald Edward Anderson, 51, and Janet Lee Anderson, four children, Florida Fort Lauderdale Mission; El Paso 4th Ward, El Paso Texas Stake. Brother Anderson serves as stake president and is a former stake Young Men president, high councilor, bishop, ward Young Men president and missionary in the New Zealand Auckland Mission. Retired VP/CFO, Stagecoach. Born in El Paso, Texas, to Forrest L. and Dorothy Jeannene Freestone Anderson.
Sister Anderson serves as a counselor in a Relief Society presidency and is a former stake Young Women president and counselor, ward Young Women president and counselor and Relief Society president. Born in El Paso, Texas, to Frederick William and Alice Marie White Gietz.
Jeffrey Graehl Boswell, 62, and Shirley Sue Jensen Boswell, five children, Baltic Mission; Sierra Ward, Fresno California West Stake. Brother Boswell is a stake president and former counselor in a stake presidency, stake missionary, stake Young Men president, high councilor, bishop, counselor in a branch presidency, ward and branch Young Men president, Scoutmaster and missionary in the Samoan Mission. Sister Boswell serves as a nursery leader and is a former stake Young Women president and counselor, temple ordinance worker for the Fresno California Temple, counselor in a Relief Society presidency, ward Young Women president and adviser and Sunday School teacher. Bradford C. Bowen, 58, and Valerie Clement Bowen, five children, California Anaheim Mission; Idaho Falls 19th Ward, Idaho Falls North Stake. Brother Bowen is a stake president and a former stake president, counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, bishop, stake mission president and missionary in the Canada Toronto Mission. Norman Warren Clark, 53, and Marilyn Parker Clark, six children, Alaska Anchorage Mission; Deer Creek Ward, Midway Utah Stake.
