Christiaan Hugo Kleijweg, 61, Leiden Ward, The Hague Netherlands Stake, called as president of The Hague Netherlands Temple, succeeding President Jacob J. Van Ry. President Kleijweg's wife, Marianne Jongkees Kleijweg, will serve as temple matron. Currently serving an assignment in the Europe Area to establish Young Single Adult Centers, he has previously served as an Area Seventy, stake president, high councilor, bishop, and branch president. A professional property manager, he was born in The Hague, Netherlands, to Christiaan H. and Catharina W. van den Berg Kleijweg.
Sister Kleijweg currently serves as a ward Relief Society teacher, and has previously served as a stake and ward Relief Society president, ward Young Women president, and ward Primary president. She was born in Bussum, Netherlands, to J. Paul and Gwendoline R. Bassett Jongkees.
