Seven new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency to begin their service about July 1. Their mission assignments will be announced later.

Melinda E. and Brian K. Ashton

Brian Kent Ashton, 42, and Donna Melinda Earl Ashton, six children, Highland 36th Ward, Highland Utah West Stake. Brother Ashton serves as a Sunday School teacher and is a former high councilor, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, elders quorum president and missionary in the Peru Lima South Mission. CEO, Precision Time. Born in Provo, Utah, to Kent L and Vicki Lynn Ashton.

Sister Ashton serves as a Primary teacher and is a former Relief Society teacher, secretary in Young Women and Relief Society presidencies, gospel doctrine teacher, temple preparation instructor and missionary in the Spain Malaga Mission. Born in Portland, Ore., to John Lawrence and Bari Roberta Earl.

Julee K. and Marc A. Bernhisel

Marc Alan Bernhisel, 61, and Julee Kirkham Bernhisel, five children, Riverview Ward, Brandon Florida Stake. Brother Bernhisel serves in a Young Men presidency and is a former counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor, stake mission president, bishop, high priest group leader and missionary in the Southeast Asia Mission. Self-employed physician. Born in Minneapolis, Minn., to Harris Glenn and Bethine Sax Bernhisel.

Sister Bernhisel serves as a Young Women adviser and is a former stake Young Women president, counselor in a stake Young Women presidency, ward Young Women president, Relief Society president and seminary teacher. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Emerson Dale and Virginia Koch Kirkham.

Sean and Ann D. Douglas

Sean Douglas, 47, and Patricia Ann Dickson Douglas, four children, Northridge Ward, Sandy Utah Crescent Stake. Brother Douglas serves as a Young Men president and is a former executive secretary to an Area Seventy, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, elders quorum president and missionary in the Chile Concepcion Mission. Vice president of corporate development, Huntsman Corporation. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Leo Le Roy and Barbara Ann Douglas.

Sister Douglas serves as a Cub Scout leader and as a temple ordinance worker. She is a former Primary president, counselor in a Relief Society presidency, counselor in a Young Women presidency and Primary teacher. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to James Reid and Rula Fern Dickson.

Marcia P. and Ronald A. Ferrin

Ronald Alan Ferrin, 63, and Marcia Dee Pace Ferrin, five children, Holladay 4th Ward, Salt Lake Holladay South Stake. Brother Ferrin serves as a Young Men adviser and is a former counselor in a stake presidency, counselor in a stake mission presidency, high councilor, bishop, counselor in a bishopric and missionary in the Brazil North Mission. President, RA Ferrin Company. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Jack Frost and June Ferrin.

Sister Ferrin serves as a Young Women president and is a former stake Young Women president, counselor in a stake Relief Society presidency, Primary president, counselor in a ward Relief Society presidency, Relief Society teacher and gospel doctrine teacher. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Dean Gardner and Geraldine Fay Small Pace.

Dorothy H. and Stephen L. Fluckiger

Stephen Lynn Fluckiger, 60, and Dorothy Horlacher Fluckiger, five children, Mesquite Ward, Dallas Texas East Stake. Elder Fluckiger is an Area Seventy in the North America Southwest Area and is a former stake president and counselor, counselor in a stake mission presidency, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, temple ordinance worker and missionary in the Brazil Central Mission. Attorney, Jones Day. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Wilford Lynn and Louise West Fluckiger.

Sister Fluckiger serves as a Relief Society compassionate service leader. She is a former Relief Society president, activities chairman, ward missionary, Sunday School teacher, temple ordinance worker and missionary in the Brazil South Central Mission. Born in Caliente, Nev., to Harry H. and Susan Eliza Christiansen Horlacher.

Henry W. and Elke D. Kosak

Henry Werner Kosak, 48, and Elke Dittrich Kosak, three children, Moscow Ward, Moscow Russia Stake. Brother Kosak is a bishop and is a former counselor in a stake presidency, bishop, branch president, executive secretary and elders quorum president. Expatriate Europe East Area Director for Seminaries and Institutes. Born in Werdau, Saxony, Germany, to Werner Manfred and Christa Lotte Kosak.

Sister Kosak serves as a counselor in a stake Relief Society presidency and as a ward organist. She is a former counselor in district and branch Relief Society presidencies, Primary president, Young Women president, counselor in a branch Young Women presidency and seminary teacher. Born in Cottbus, Brandenburg, Germany, to Manfred Gustav and Barbara Dittrich.

Zoe Anne H. and Michael D. Weston

Michael Dunford Weston, 55, and Zoe Anne Heilesen Weston, ten children, North Logan 9th Ward, North Logan Utah Stake. Brother Weston serves as a ward mission leader and is a former stake president, bishop, high councilor, Cub Scout leader and missionary in the Canada Halifax Mission. Self-employed farmer and businessman. Born in Logan, Utah, to Mark Dunford and Lois Florence Carver Weston.

Sister Weston serves as a counselor in a Primary presidency and is a former Young Women president, Primary president, counselor in Primary, Young Women and Relief Society presidencies, Cub Scout leader, Young Women adviser and Primary teacher. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Phil J and Anne Donna Heilesen.
