The George W. Romney Institute of Public Management, Brigham Young University, seeks applications for a faculty position in its MPA program. Well-qualified candidates with a completed or nearly completed PhD in public administration, public policy analysis, political science, economics or a related field are sought.

Field and rank are open, but applications from those able to teach public sector strategic management and the public policy process will be particularly welcome. The Institute is interested in excellent teachers and active researchers, with a strong commitment to the public and non-profit sectors.

Housed in Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management, the Institute offers an accredited MPA degree currently serving over 200 full and part-time students. Salary, teaching load, and research and travel support are competitive.

Review of applications and nominations will begin in September, 2012, and will continue until the position is filled. Letters of application and inquiry should include research and teaching interests. Please include curriculum vitae and names and addresses for three references. Starting date will be Fall, 2013.
