Fourteen new mission presidents and their wives have been called by the First Presidency. They will begin their service in July and their mission assignments will be announced at a later date.

Kent John Arrington, 58, and Michele Kae Dahle Arrington, three children, Clinton 1st Ward, Clinton Utah Stake. David Sloan Ayre, 44, and Kelli Snow Ayre, four children, Cottonwood 3rd Ward, Salt Lake Cottonwood Stake. Brother Ayre serves as a bishop of the Union Young Single Adult Ward and is a former bishopric counselor, ward Young Men president and missionary in the Costa Rica San Jose Mission. Larry Clinton Bird, 56, and Tami Sue Gish Bird, five children, Lomita Ward, Torrance California Stake.
