Jose "Riqui" Perez, a young father and polio survivor who lives in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, received a new wheelchair donated by LDS Humanitarian Services.
Through wheelchair donations, prosthetic limbs and surgery, the Church is working to aid mobility-impaired residents of the Dominican Republic.
